Who May Qualify?
Patients may qualify for discounted services if:
- Household income falls at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level (FPL)
- The patient is uninsured or underinsured

How to Apply
Patients interested in applying for the Sliding Fee Discount Program should:

Approval and discount levels are determined according to the current Federal Poverty Guidelines and Arise & Shine Health Services’ Sliding Fee Discount Program policies.
