Dr. Vivian Tantoh Mondo

Dr. Vivian Tantoh – DNP,CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Vivian Tantoh Mondo has over 17 years of experience in healthcare in various departments and positions. She was a medical director at an addiction inpatient setting, where she deeply understood the importance of genuine and quality care to patients and their families. She is a seasoned psychiatric nurse practitioner, having been in both pediatric and adult psychiatry inpatient and outpatient settings. She also served in geropsychiatry, critical care settings, ER, acute care, long-term care, and urgent care. She received her bachelor’s degree in Nursing from Howard University and her Master’s in Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and her Doctorate Degree in Psychiatry/Mental Health at the University of South Alabama. She is certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center.

Furthermore, she is board-certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners Board. Across almost two decades of practice, she has demonstrated an unwavering, strong work ethic. She follows clinical evidence-based practices and brings exceptional interpersonal skills to address critical patient needs and deliver quality care. She also fosters a collaborative team environment and quickly build rapport with patients and families. Dr. Vivian Tantoh Mondo works with clients struggling with varying mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and ADHD, amongst others. She commits to providing a comprehensive and unique plan of care for each patient, to empower them to live a well-balanced and holistic life.

Herman Jones, MSW, LCSW

Herman Jones, MSW, LCSW

Herman Jones completed his degree in Social Work at the Howard University and subsequently joined the Glass Health Programs where he served as President and Chief Operating Officer for a large substance-abusing population for over 30 years. He has worked as an instructor in Substance Abuse Counseling at the Coppin State University and provided mental health therapy in the private sector. His goal is to provide a well-structured and safe environment for patients with mental health and substance abuse issues. He strives to enable patients to examine their problems, assist them in understanding themselves better, help them to realize their potential, and to discover ways of improving their lives. He is also dedicated to helping make positive changes in patients’ lives that will allow them to be successful in their future endeavors.

He works with adults and adolescents and their families to develop an individualized treatment that incorporates a cognitive-behavioral approach that encourages the patient to be part of the solution to the problems they present. He has been a licensed social worker for over 40 years and has a wide range of skills useful in providing individualized treatment that meets the patient where they are. He utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and Interpersonal Therapy (IPT). These treatments are “evidence-based” and are effective in treating persons with depression and anxiety disorders. Herman Jones’ therapy style is friendly and encouraging. He wants the patient to be active in the therapy solution and for them to be able to problem-solve and be in control of their lives for the future.

Peter Ndang

Peter Ndang, PMHNP-BC

I believe patients need customized care plan that can help them enjoy productive lives. Patients should have accesses to resources they need to enable them build resilience to cope with the challenges of mental illness. Most of my patients are teenagers and adults. I am more inclined to the integrative therapy. It is incorporating the multiple strategies and techniques that affects the mental spiritual, psychological and physical component of individuals.

Dorine Efuenghow, Rehab Specialist

Dorine Efuenghow is an experienced rehabilitation specialst with over 5 years of expertise in helping individuals regain independence and improve their overall well being Specializing in (specific areas, e g, physical therapy. occupational therapy, neurorehabilation), Dorine Efuenghow works closely with patients to design personalized treatment plans that address specific physical, cognitive, or emotional needs. Having earned credentials and degrees, such as CPRP/CFRP, Dorine is passionate about empowering cients to overcome the limitations imposed by injury or illness. With a holistic approach, they combine evidence-based therapy techniques with compassion and patience to guide patients through their rehabilitation journey.

In addition to direct patient care, Dorine is also commited to continuing education and staying current on the latest advancements in rehabitation methods She frequenty colaborates with other healhare professionas, such as dodors, nurses, and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach to patient recovery.

When not working directly with cients, Dorine enjoys (personal interests or hobbies, such as volunteering, sports, or mentoring aspiring professionals) further demonstrating their dedication to health and wellness.

I specialize in the diagnosis and management of psychiatric disorders such as anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and trauma-related conditions. I emphasize quality care and a supportive environment as my patients work toward achieving emotional and psychological health

She is a passionate and dedicated mental health professional currently advancing her expertise by pursuing a Master’s degree in Mental Health and Wellness Counseling at New York University. With a commitment to fostering a supportive, non-judgmental, and compassionate environment, Abigail meets each client at their unique point in the journey towards wellness. Her practice encompasses a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, and adults, through which she adopts a holistic and client-centered approach tailored to meet individual needs and objectives with a rich background in the mental health field, Abigail utilizes a diverse array of therapeutic techniques.

Her expertise includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), mindfulness practices, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and solution-focused strategies.
